Modular Stack Valves - Pressure Control Valves
Continental Hydraulics has a full range of pressure control products including relief, reducing, sequencing and reducing/relieving valves. Manufactured to NFPA D03 / D05 and ANSI/ISO mounting standards.
P03MSV-RP and P05MSV-RP - Pressure Relief Valves (Cast Iron)
Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valves
The P0*MSV-RP valves are pilot operated modular pressure relief valve with mounting surface according to NFPA D03/D05 and ISO 4401 standards. Typically, it mounts sandwiched between a directional control valve and a subplate/manifold and functions as a hydraulic circuit pressure limiting device.
- Four pressure ranges up to 5000 PSI
- High Flow Capability up to 32 GPM
- Maximum travel of the adjustment screw is limited
P03MSV-XC and P05MSV-XC – Work Port Relief Valves (Cast Iron)
Pilot operated modular pressure relief valves
Typically, the valves mount sandwiched between a directional control valve and a subplate/manifold and functions as pressure limiting devices in A and B ports.
Code XC functions as a cross port relief valve. Code XCT relieves each work port to T independently.
- Four pressure ranges up to 5000 PSI
- High flow capability up to 32 GPM
- Maximum travel of the adjustment screw is limited
P03MSV-PDR and P05MSV-PD – Pressure Reducing Valves (Cast Iron)
Pressure Reducing Valves
Designed to reduce a secondary circuit supplied pressure, these modular stack valves will maintain the same pressure as the force of the spring setting regardless of the pressure at the inlet port. With four controlled pressure ranges up to 5000 PSI
- Pressure reducing and pressure reducing/relieving functions
- Controlled outlet pressures to 4600 PSI
- NFPA D03 and D05 mounting patterns
P03MSV-SP and P05MSV-SP – Sequence Valves (Cast Iron)
Direct Operated Sequence Valves
The Sequence valves are a direct operated spool type sequence valve and is used to control two or more actuators in succession. When the pressure in line P1 reaches the set value of the screw, the normally closed valve opens and allows passage of the fluid in the pressure line of the main circuit.
- NFPA D03 and D05 mounting patterns
- Opening pressure point from 145 to 4000 PSI
- Flows of up to 26 GPM
